The People Behind The Experience

THE CHEFChristiana BoatengIs a recipe developer at HelloFresh, where she has developed hundreds of recipes that bring delicious, approachable food to the table. Before moving into recipe development, she spent over a decade in New York City’s restaurant industry, working her way from café attendant and server to front-of-house management, mastering the art of hospitality along the way. When she’s not developing recipes, you can find her exploring restaurants, discovering new food spaces, and eating her way through NYC and New Jersey. Fun fact: she’s a die-hard Real Housewives superfan, because great food and great drama are always on the menu! Find her at @castironadventures

THE SOMMELIERAngelika RosarioWith 15 years in hospitality and a Certified Sommelier credential from the Court of Master Sommeliers, I bring a thoughtful, approachable perspective to the world of wine. My experience spans restaurants, hotels, beverage program development, and hospitality consulting, with a passion for helping people discover what they love in the glass. I believe wine is best enjoyed through curiosity, conversation, and willingness to explore. Sharing a bottle should be just as memorable as the bottle itself.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the intimate nature of our events and the advance preparation required, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.If you're unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another guest. Simply contact Bubbles & Brine Club prior to the event with the name of the person attending in your place.If you're unable to find someone to take your ticket, you may also choose to donate your seat. Let us know, and we'll offer your spot to someone who would love to join us.In the unlikely event that Bubbles & Brine Club (or any partners involved) cancels the event, ticket holders will receive a full refund.
